As part of the MD.net project, the Campania Region, leader of the project, will organize the first Living Lab "Tale of the Mediterranean Diet" on March 15th at 11:00h. The meeting, hosted in Palazzo Di Lorenzo in Ceraso (Salerno), is aimed at enhancing the narration of the Mediterranean Diet as a promoter of innovation and creativity aimed at the strengthening of local enterprises. Telling about the Mediterranean Diet requires a lot of creative work and research, which can be developed through new initiatives of local communities and undertakings, to make visible the relationship between stories of people and products of the land, between words and actions, taste and emotions. Women will be the protagonists of the Living Lab as they are a pivotal catalyst and keepers of tradition to pass on the future generations. Women are also creators of community relationships as they preserve the significance and value of the family. The meeting will launch an intensive year of work, in which a pilot action of MD.net will be identified and implemented to be promoted internationally.
