The training and co-creation path is proposed as an exchange and learning experience on the themes of the Mediterranean Diet and entrepreneurship, starting from the economic, cultural, social, environmental heritage of the territory of the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni.
A public notice is open to express interest in participating in the Training and Co-Creation Programme (Living Lab) for the creation of enterprises related to the Mediterranean Diet. The initiative is promoted by Campania Region, within the European project of territorial cooperation MD.net, to promote economic growth and social inclusion in the community of Cilento.
The proposed programme aims at providing information, bringing out ideas and developing project proposals about the following themes:
- Storytelling of the Mediterranean Diet: Rites, Symbols, Narration, Food Ways and Creativity
- Shapes of the Mediterranean Diet Territory: Water Resource, Accessibility, Settlements, Agriculture, Landscape
- Branding Mediterranean Diet: International Promotion of Local Identities
- Products of the Mediterranean Diet among Tradition, Regulation and Innovation.
The programme includes 20 meetings, presumably online because of Covid-19 related sanitary emergency, with compulsory participation, and will take place between October and December 2020.
