The competition will identify five new innovative products or services related to the Mediterranean Diet

Our partner Emilia Romagna Region is searching for innovative ideas and has activated a "competition” for the enhancement of the Mediterranean Diet to identify ideas and projects that bring innovation and creativity to processes and products. The competition will identify five new innovative products or services related to the Mediterranean Diet capable of creating synergies between the stages of production and marketing of different products, and to integrate them with the cultural resources of the territories, giving propulsion to the Mediterranean Diet as a destination brand. The proposals must result in original initiatives to be carried out with the active involvement of operators employed in the tourism and in the commerce sector with a direct impact on the same sectors.

The winning proposals will not receive direct financial resources but will become the beneficiaries of services necessary for the implementation of the initiatives such as technical assistance to companies, purchase of software and IT services, training and specialist consultancy related to the themes of the Mediterranean Diet, graphics, printing, marketing and communication.
