Last Monday November 30th, the Chamber of Commerce of Seville in collaboration with the Cruzcampo Foundation, held a co-creation and innovation workshop with the students of the Cruzcampo Talent Program of said Foundation
This workshop, in the framework of MD.net project, is part of a series of specialized training activities in the promotion of Mediterranean lifestyle values, with the aim of promoting innovative services and products linked to the Mediterranean Diet.
During the workshop, 40 students from the Cruzcampo Talent Program participated in a series of activities to develop skills such as creativity, capacity for innovation and entrepreneurship, both in groups and individually. These competencies were applied to develop innovative menus based on the principles of the Mediterranean Diet.
The Cruzcampo Talent Program has an innovative hospitality training program beyond the traditional disciplines of cooking and waiter services, promoting personal growth, professional transformation and job placement through transversal learning areas and specialized content, including a complete practical experience.
